Disk Quota


Quota Problem:
Hello every body i will take part in RHCE exam very soon. but i have faced a problem.

if user jane type
dd if=/dev/zero of=bigfile
bs=1K count=30 he succeed
but when he type
dd if=/dev/zero of=bigfile bs=1K count=70 he failed.
and jane user's home already usage 8k.
setquota -u jane 38 78 0 0 /home --> is it correct ?
OR
setquota -u jane 30 70 0 0 /home -->> is it correct?


Plz any body reply correct ans.
