disk partition problem

well, here's a true newbie question for you ;)

I wanna divide my full-Windows'ed disk to three partitions, one for Linux, one for Win and last for my documents.

Can I use the Druid of Red Hat or any other Linux-tool for this? I mean, can I create the last partition with Linux's partition tools and have Windows see it? It will be a FAT32 partition.

Would be grateful if someone can answer. My thanks to you all...

Yes if you use Druid or similar partition manager to set up a fat32 partition windoz will be able to see it. windoz won't see the Linux partition except during installation where it will try to remove it. So install windoz then Linux.
P.S I am assuming you will use fat32 for MyDocuments
