Thumbs up Direcotry size

hi,

when we long list (ll / ls -l) in our current working directory or other working directory, it displayed all directories sizes are 4096 default.

What is the reason for the same?

I believe that's because that's the block size that was defined when the filesystem was created.
Investigate the command dumpe2fs, and the "--block-size" option to ls.
