Difference between kernel 3.9 and 3.10 F18

Where is the difference between kernel 3.9 and kernel 3.10 so that this older 3.9 still automount the pendrive but this newer 3.10 have not.
In both cases lsusb shows pendrive.
In both cases journalctl -f show the correct action.
In 3.10 KDE Device Notifier „No Device Available” but command mount give the correct (manualy and mc) connection with pendrive under /media/pendrive/

Sorry, there is difference in journalctl -f
In kernel 3.10 is not mt-probe{1593} and then no attaching Kingstone DataTreveler,
but I have no idea what with this lack of mt-probe can done.

When you post to your question it looks like it has been answered and most people will ignore it.

Hopefully someone will notice this question and assist. I'd assume that if you created a new test system with an updated kernel and made correct user permissions that it would work but I am only guessing.

Thanks Jefro
Now mtp-probe is working in kernel 3.10 but the bug is in udev so that not attached the pendrive.
Too much years flow when I "play" so deep in Linux. Now I must learn from beginning. Few weeks ago I have found sombody who wrote a patch for this kernel. Patch which correct the bug cooperation between kernel and udev. Now I could not found this.
From kernel 3.8 are much more people which have the similar trouble with attaching on USB but have not the real help in this. Bugzilla dont answer on report in question.
