Angry Dial-up again!


am lost here is what i get Apr 13 13:42:48 computer pppd[1328]: pppd 2.3.11 started by XXXX, uid 500

hello,
try adding the line noauth to your /etc/ppp/options file. also please check this out:
http://www.onlamp.com/pub/a/onlamp/2001/05/10/ppp.html

:smash: thanks will try and thanks for the link think it will help to..starting to think maybe my ip use ms-chap or something screwy and they want talk about linux,,,again thanks
