dhcp server + dns server

hi.. friends
i have configured dhcp & dns server in ubuntu machine but i want to ping & ssh to PC's through hostname not ip address.
i have also to put the entry in forward & reverse zone file but here so many PC's are present. so i can't put the entry of all the pc in dns server.
is it any technics to put the entry automatically of hostname & ipaddres in forward & reverse zone file in DNS server.
