Unhappy Desktop bigger than monitor.

My KDE Desktop is bigger than my monitor. When I go all the way to a side with the mouse it will scroll about 3 inches. Its really annoying. I do not know what I did.

How do I turn this feature off?

that's virtual desktop

it's in the display section of the /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file

Subsection "Display"
Depth 16
Modes "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480"
ViewPort 0 0
#Virtual 1024 768
EndSubsection

Thanks. Mine file doesn't look exactly like that but that was the problem.

I had:

Subsection "Display"
Depth 16
Modes "1024x768" "800x600"
EndSubsection

Subsection "Display"
Depth 16
Modes "1024x768" "800x600"
EndSubsection

like that and removed the "1024x768" completely and commented out the repeated block so that I have

Subsection "Display"
Depth 16
Modes "800x600"
EndSubsection

and it behaves "normally" now like I want it. Thanks a million for relieveing of that headache.
