Designing themes


How do you design a Desktop environment? My computer runs Red Hat 7.2, and I want to know how to make themes. could someone please post back soon? PLEASE?

Do you mean GNOME or KDE themes. There maybye some form of guide at GNOME-Look.org and at KDE-Look.org.
