Design OBS network in NCTUns

Hi, everyone, I am a degree university student, I am doing my final year project in designing a OBS network by using NCTUns 6.0 . But, I am having problem with some parameters settings in NCTUns. I would like to know is the host bandwidth is same with the link bandwidth? Is there any formula have to be calculated when settings the parameters? Got any suggestion for OBS network. Hope you all can help me. Thanks a lot.
