dell inspiron 2200 notebook running on Fedora Core 3, please help


dell inspiron 2200 notebook running on Fedora Core 3, please help,... I cannot find any of the drivers for this notebook for fedora 3 can anyone help. wireless doesnt work, sound card issues, touchpad sometimes works, and dell photoprinter 720 doesnt work. any sugguestions i am new at this and really trying hard. i am more formiliar with mandrake servers

If this is your first time running Linux and you want something simpler I would consider running SuSE and not Fedora Core X since SuSE has much more robust hardware support.

wow.. i like the desktop

i chose Fedora for my brother has a company which every now and then i have to help him so i am stuck at mastering this one.. till he sees fit to move on.. i have to work it by his rules. i've been dabling in computers for years.. long ones hehe... but in agreement to work with my brother i have to pass each test. youkno w what i mean. so i have to figure this out. i appreciate the info would love to put it on my dell webpc if you got any suggestions.. Thank you God Bless You

try ndiswrapper and see if you can get wireless support
