deleting things that don't exist...

okay, i made a real mess of my diablo 2 install using winex, and i'm going to start again...

i ran make uninstall in the wine src folder, so i think thats gone... i was deleting my fake windows drives, but i have something i'm not quite sure how to dela with...

when i type locate c_drive, it gives me a bumch of results...

mostly in /home/john/.transgaming...

so i rm -rf /john/john/.transgaming...

shouldn't that take care of it?

it doesn't, i locate transgaming and i get all the same stuff

Confusing, huh? Locate looks at a database that is re-built each morning at 3 am. As root, run updatedb or /sbin/slocate to update the db and try again.
