What other operating system are you using? If it is Windows XP you can boot to the windows CD and choose the reapir option. When it finishes booting choose your windows XP install and enter the administartor password. After that type "fixmbr" and it should remove lilo or grub from you MBR and boot straight to windows. If you are using some other windows let us know which one and maybe we can come up with something else that will work for you.
