delay and not working keyboard's backspace


last night all of my keyboard was running perfectly but now its not. sometimes it delays for like an min. before it runs and delete a word. please help

Type very slowly.

Perhaps if you'd given us ANY information such as linux distribution, hardware, is this in a GUI or CLI session, local or remote server, does it happen all the time, does it return to normal after a reboot, etc. etc. you might have got a more sensible answer!

im using centos 2.6.32-358.18.1.el6.x86_64 also im confused because last night im only having one linux distribution. For example when i boot up. theres this choices in GRUB that i have 2 centos to choose from which is centos 2.6.32-358.18.1.el6.x86_64 and
centos 2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64. I dont know where it came from because i only have one and i want to delete the other

also when i write letter and use my keyboards backspace. It deletes continiously even if i only tap it once

i had solved the problem. i just deleted another config file in /boot
