Decimal separator


Hi guys,
in my OpenOffice, the decimal separator is the comma, but I would like to change it and to use the point. How can I do this? For me it's OK even if I change this setting for the whole system too.

kcontrol -> Regional & Accessibility -> Country /Region -> Numbers /Money /Dates
