That about says it. I have a Windows 7 partition, and I'd very much like to access it normally again.

I currently have the openSUSE installer loading at boot, and I don't know how uninstall/remove it, much less bypass it to boot Windows again.

any help much appreciated. thanks!

and by the way, I can eventually find myself at the Linuxrc menu.

If you're wondering how i got here, its because I had intended on installing openSUSE, and started to do so by starting the installing in Windows, and then rebooting to the actual installer.

Depending on the version of windows, you usually use your windows disk to boot to and run some command to write a new loader. You can fix grub if you wish too.

Yeah, I'd like to dodge that one. I don't exactly have a Win 7 x64 disk lying around. But i'll see if I can make up a USB...

If you want to remove Opensuse, you need to repair the windows bootloader before removing anything else or the computer will be unbootable. I'm not sure how you installed but, every time I've installed Opensuse on a computer with windows, the Opensuse bootloader had an entry for windows in the menu.

It really isn't clear what you have, Opensuse instaler loading at boot. What does that mean? Have you actually installed it or are you using the CD/DVD?.
