It is impossible for us to answer that question, since you gave us no information that we can work with.

- Which version of Debian is this?
- What is the content of /etc/apt/sources.list?
- When exactly do you get that error?
- Have you tried a different mirror?
- Why do you think this might be a DNS issue?
