Debian command reference
 
hi all,

How can i know existing rpm in Debian ??

In Redhat
rpm -qa | grep <...>
its working but in debian its not working.

Debian does not use the rpm packaging system it uses deb packages.

The command to check if a package is installed is

Code:

dpkg -l package_name
Check man dpkg for other options
