There is nothing wrong during compilation time. And I am quite sure that coding is also okay.
I am using the following commands to generate the stub code..
kd@otp-build:~/source_code$ dbus-binding-tool --mode=glib-server --prefix=lupin myDBUS.xml > stub_server.h
kd@otp-build:~/source_code$ dbus-binding-tool --mode=glib-client --prefix=lupin myDBUS.xml > stub_client.h
My CLIENT application is getting crashed with:
LOG: Error message = Method "CheckFileSystemSpace" with signature "s(sus)" on interface "PlatformUpdateService.Interface" doesn't exist
The snap-shot of my xml file is:
<arg type="s" name="pkg_path" direction="in" />
<arg type="(sus)" name="pkg_desc" direction="in" />
<arg type="b" name="return_value" direction="out" />
Please help me out. Its eating my brain out!
Not sure what we can help you WITH. You don't say what version/distro of Linux you're using, what the program(s) do, post the programs, or give us any details.
However, reading what you posted would lead one to assume that your code is broken. You say it was working, until you added something, and now it's not....that's a fairly obvious problem. If your OLD code works, and your NEW code doesn't, then you've got a problem in your new code. Again, you don't say what it does, or provide details, but that's the first place to look.
