DAY 1 on SUSE92: Autodial net upon Konqueror request?

I'm just new to Suse 9.2, and Linux! Installation was a cinch, now configuring things. Since rates are expensive where I live but making an isdn dialup connection is quite fast, I've set a low disconnect when idle time on my modem interface/provider. Of course, this means when browsing the net in Konqueror, and going to another page, it has already disconnected so I get an error page. How do I get Konqueror to automatically re-establish dial into the net when it needs data?

Please use yast to configure your dial-up connections. There, under network -> modems -> preferences (if I remember correctly) you will find an autodial option. If this is enabled, konqueror as well as kmail will work "on demand".
