DalNet in Xchat

How I can chat in Xchat for channel Dalnet ? Another channel can I using, example undernet but Dalnet I can chat, it say

What I do it, i want chat in channel ...

The message seems pretty clear to me: "Using irc from the root account is insecure, please use a user account."
auliah!root@xxxxx-xxx.xxx.xxx.xx

So are you running X-chat as root?

I also wouldn't post my (static) ip adres information anywhere public if I were you, but that's just me.

You're obviously logged in as root. Don't, log in as a standard user. Read 'man useradd' if you don't have a standard user account to log in as.
