Cygwin, windows and Permission denied (publickey,password,keyboard-interactive).

Hello,

I'm haveing this issue "Permission denied (publickey,password,keyboard-interactive)" when trying to ssh -v localhost on a windows 2003 box.
I want to authenticate by DSA only if possible.
I have it working fine on an XP PRo SP3 box.

My ssh_config and sshd_config are the defaults.
Please help, I've regenerated the keys and entered by the passwords.
Any help would be much appreciated
