Unhappy eCos Configtool ecos.db error

Hi All,
I am very new to this configtool. I have installed this on my windows machine. But when i am trying to run this tool it is giving me error for "Invalid Package Database".

ecos.db: error
couldn't read file "/cygdrive/c/cygwin/opt/ecos/ecos-2.0.102/packages/ecos.db": no such file or directory

Also i have selected the correct path because i can see ecos.db file in above given location only but still it is giving me error.

Please help me out with this.

Thanks,
Manish
