cygin user changing problem


Hi,
I use cygin based linux software to execute my program normally it execute clearly, now I change my user account and execute means it say ident file is permission denied, how I modify that user name and account to new one to execute properly.
plz help me.

Is that a typo
There is a MS Windows set pf programs that run Linux most ( about 70%) programs and it is called " CygWin"

but it is normally ran as a single user "root" on Windows

Can you post the full error

Also "text speak" is frowned on
"plz" !!!!
is NOT how one spells " Please "

also "text speak" can cause problems in language translation
there are people from all over the world here

well seeing you did create non root users
in the cygwin bash terminal become "root"
and run "chown " on the program

chown TheUserName:users ProgramName
