Question Customizing a Gnome Desktop Environment

Is there a site where I can find desktop themes for Gnome, also is there a way I can change the size of the toolbar thingy at the bottom ? I am running Red Hat 9 on my pc if it matters.

Rep: Reputation: 15 and right click on the toolbar unlike windows you can do almost anything you wish with it or just place your mouse over the edge of it and resize the way you like it.
