cursor at upper right = all the windows shows up on screen.

This is a feature that I encountered in most modern linux systems. Whenever I move my cursor onto the upper right edge of the screen it arranges and shows all my current windows on the same screen and then I'd have to select one as the active window.

What is this feature called? and how do I disable it?

Thanks.

It's a feature of the compiz effects. You can disable it in the compizfusion-settings-manager (ccsm).

Probably it's the Compiz Fusion feature called Scale. KDE4 likely has a similar effect but I don't know what they call it. If you don't have the program CompizConfig Settings Manager (assuming you are using Compiz), you should install it (on Ubuntu the package is called compizconfig-settings-manager). Then look in the Window Management section (of ccsm) for Scale. There you can configure a different screen corner, no screen corner, key/mouse bindings, or just disable it entirely.

If it's not under Scale look for Present Windows.
