CUPS....please help

I am attempting to install my printer, its a HP 882C, I went to their official site and I followed the instructions, installed the driver, everything ok. Until I get to

http://localhost:631

This is a dumb question, but I need to know that I am doing this correctly, I opened Konqueror and typed http://localhost:631 and the printer configuration SHOULD pop up, but all I get is

An error occurred while loading http://localhost:631:

Could not connect to host localhost (port 631)

am I supposed to do this in the LINKS term? or some other place, I am just not getting this...thanks guys.
