csh and issue with '411toppm"
Hello, I am new to the group and just started to search around
this great site. Ill try to catch on to the threads and FAQ's. Ive used unix a bit, but have never been too savy as an administrator. Would anyone have a suggestion on a problem I have when I try to go to 'csh' and I get a frozen window saying: 411toppm: Reading (64 x 48). I can finally get out of it by doing 'cntrl-c' but cant get into the csh. Thanks for any tips you may have. sincerely, earle |
Check through the files which are read when csh starts. These are listed in the FILES section of the csh manual page. The most likely candidates are ~/.cshrc and ~/.login to my mind. I'd look for any reference to this 411toppm thing.
