Crypto ++ library


Hello,

I want to use crypto ++ library code of ECDSA and HMAC for my research work.But i dont know how to run them.Is there any specific way to run them in ubuntu 12.10?? Please help ! its urgent !!

previously i had installed GNU.Now when i am running crypto++ code its showing me below errors.

Code:
sumegha@sumegha-SVF15212SNW:~/Desktop/crypto$ gcc hmac.cpp -o hmac -lcryptopp
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.7/../../../x86_64-linux-gnu/crt1.o: In function `_start':
(.text+0x20): undefined reference to `main'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
please help !!!

I am using crypto ++ 5.6.2 library...
