CronJobs error

I am trying to install HLStatsX:CE on my VPS, I am at he part where i do the stuff with CronJobs, but I am getting this error

Code:
mkdir: cannot create directory `/logs': Permission denied
you need write access to /logs
And I do not know which /logs dir to give write access to.

You want to create the dir log in the root directory /
You need to have write access to the / dir
So execute the cron as root, or choose another place to create the log dir.

Wherever the user who executes the cronjob has write access.
