cron job to send file via ftp every 1 hour


How can i create a cron job that will tell my workstation (redhat 9.0) to open an ftp connection and send the most recent file to my ftp server every 2 hours.

hope somebody help me with this.

You REALLY rather wan to use scp (speed caveat and
all that) for security reasons ... if you can't (for what-
ever reasons) there's been a few similar threads in
the past ....
