cron entry - what does this mean?

Hey guys,

Can you please help me interpret what this cron entry means? What I understand is that, the script scp1.sh runs daily @ 08:00PM. The rest of the lines are somewhat strange to me.

Code:
0 20 * * * ( /somedirectory/scp1.sh ) >/dev/null 2>&1 #+#+#+#(make_cronentry) serverx_job_15
Thank you very much!

the output is redirected to null ( > /dev/null )
and the error (2) if any is directed to the output (1) which in this case is /dev/null (2>&1)
