Creating New User with Default Theme

I wasn't sure where to put this exactly but I am kind of a beginner so I figured this would be the best place. I have been using Linux for approximately 9 months now. I started with OpenSuse 10.0 which I liked but was too much for my older system. I then switched to Ubuntu Dapper Drake which worked well but it too took it's toll on my older hardware. I have now tried installing Dreamlinux which looks great and works very well on my system. Usually nice eye candy hinders my older hardware but this distribution works great.
Enough with the background on with my problem. The install worked fine and created one user. In my previous distributions there has been a way to create additional users which would create the home directory with all the default theme and icon settings. In Dreamlinux I've had to create a user in the command line and don't know how to get the same theme and everything afterwards. A generic XFCE desktop is created. I know that this distribution has done a lot of tweaking of the themes to get it to look the way it does and I don't want to have to figure that out. I should be able to create a user and get the same theme that was created when I first logged in.
Does anyone know if it is possible to create new users with the same themes? Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You should be able to get the same theme if you copy the xfce configuration directory from your original user's home directory to the new one. I don't remember exactly where it is, and I don't have my linux computer since I'm at my mom's house for the next couple weeks, but I think it's something like .config/xfce
