Creating Cluster with RHEL6 for http
 

Helloww everyone,

i am new to linuxquestions .org(with linux also) & this is being my first post.

i had a problem configuring the clustering with two RHEL 6 servers for HA.

here is the scenario:

1.I have two RHEL 6 (32-bit )installed servers

Hostname Server ip for
a. Rhelhost1 10.0.0.1(eth0)

192.168.168.201(eth1)
Server ip for Lan access-


b. Rhelhost2 10.0.0.2(eth0)

192.168.168.202(eth1)


c. Rhelclust(name for the cluster to be created) 192.168.168.200


2. I have created a web based software which is using the SQl server system for database.

3. NOTE THAT I don't have a SAN storage as data storage of the application, we have a NAS storage.

4.Now i need to configure both the server in clustering so that if one server goes down client's won't interrrupt i.e. they will keep working using the clustered ip for their web based application & data resides with the NAS Storage only.

5.Had all the neccessary packages on the server.

pls help me that how do i proceed!!!!!

Unable to clust using ILO-3 as fencing
 

Hello evry1,

I tried by searching here & there bt couldn't find anything relevant to configure RHEL 6 HA cluster using hp's Ilo3 as fencing device.

Is this will work or what??
PLS HELP!!!!!
