Creating a Linux Network

I imstalled Ubuntu Linux.
I wana know how make a LAN USING linux.
I have 5 system.
plz tellme.

Making a LAN is not fundamentally any different in Linux vs other operating systems.

Assumining that you want to connect to the outside world, you need a router with a minimum of 5 output ports, plus the input port which goes to your cable modem, DSL modem, or whatever connection you have.

Setup all the boxes to use DHCP, set the router to DHCP, and it should all work.

For better advice, give us some more details on the exact configuration you need.

Whoops, my mistake. In future please use thread titles that actually relate to your problem. Linux tells us nothing about what you want to do. And post in the correct forum - I have moved this to Linux-Newbie.
