Create Shell Shortcut for Terminal

I'd like to do just as the title reads. I'm using KDE 3.1 on Slackware.

I think he just wants, essentially, as shortcut to the console prompt. I dunno about KDE 3.1, but the version of KDE I'm running (and GNOME) has a shortcut in the start bar at the bottom.

But I could be wrong.

I think I mean the bash console(similiar looking in some ways to the DOS console). On Slackware 3.1 I have a few of them naming one: Konsole(Terminal Program). I'd like one on my taskbar tough. I access it a lot, I want easier access.

If you don't have a console on your taskbar
in KDE in Slack you must have removed it
yourself, mate :}

Just add it again.

Cheers,
Tink

Do right click on the desktop, create new, shortcut to application, enter 'konsole' and enter. Then you can drag and drop the icon from your desktop to your bars. It should work. If not, then right click on the bar, Add, Application Button, and so on.

Greetings.
