create restricted area user


Hi
I have folder inside /usr folder /usr/mywork
and I want to make user account can only access and modifies files in it and this user can not modifie files out of thus
maybe by using rssh or sftp

Can anybody tell me how to do this

Why would you use /usr? /home is there for a reason...
