create m3u file from the console


Hi ,

Im not sure if i have the proper section but i couldent find no media section .

Now my question is "how can i create a m3u file from a dir like what is the command in the console "


ex: in dos its "DIR *.mp3 /O:N /B >Playlist.m3u"

I'm not aware of a command that does that but I'm sure it would be easy to create one using PERL.

Actually I just noticed what that command does... all you have to do for that is:
ls -w 1 *.mp3 > Playlist.m3u
