CPU Utilization exceeding 132%

Guys,
One of the production server running apache and tomcat is showing CPU utilization more than 132%.My Java set parameters:
Code:
JAVA_VM_ARGS="$JAVA_VM_ARGS -Dcatalina.base=${INSTALL_DIR} -Dcatalina.home=${INSTALL_DIR} -Djava.io.tmpdir=${INSTALL_DIR}/temp"

# for small machines
#JAVA_VM_ARGS="$JAVA_VM_ARGS -mx256m"
JAVA_VM_ARGS="$JAVA_VM_ARGS -Xmx2048m -Xms2048m -server -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+CMSParallelRemarkEnabled -XX:CMSInitiatingOccupancyFrac
tion=30 -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=6662 -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authe
nticate=false"
# don't want to get an error about missing native mediaLib accelerator wrapper classes in httpd.out
JAVA_VM_ARGS="$JAVA_VM_ARGS -Dcom.sun.media.jai.disableMediaLib=true"
# for large machines; in addition, review NewSize and MaxNewSize
#JAVA_VM_ARGS="$JAVA_VM_ARGS -mx1024m -ms1024m"
# parallel garbage collection for machines with many CPUs
#JAVA_VM_ARGS="$JAVA_VM_ARGS -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+CMSParallelRemarkEnabled -XX:CMSInitiatingOccupancyFraction=30"

JAVA_VM_ARGS="$JAVA_VM_ARGS -XX:+CMSPermGenSweepingEnabled -XX:+CMSClassUnloadingEnabled -XX:MaxPermSize=512m"
JAVA_VM_ARGS="$JAVA_VM_ARGS -Xloggc:@corem.cae.gc.args@"

#JAVA_VM_ARGS="$JAVA_VM_ARGS -Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=5005"

# needed because of this: http://javathreads.de/2008/06/bug-oder-feature-in-java-6/
JAVA_VM_ARGS="$JAVA_VM_ARGS -Dsun.lang.ClassLoader.allowArraySyntax=true"

JAVA_MAIN_CLASS="com.coremedia.services.CatalinaBootstrap"

Uh huh. Did you want to ask a question about this then? If you forgot to ask why the utilization exceeds 100%, you probably have a muliple core / processor system.
