Couple questions both with Yellowdog on PS3

Yeah I'm another one of them guys that put linux Yellowdog 6 on his PS3... Either way thought it has introduced me to a whole other dimension in OS's and its a nice change from Windows. The basics seem somewhat simple but at the same time I have a couple basic questions.

1. :Installing software:
I can't seem to get the video's to load on Youtube and I desided that maybe I need to go to the flash site and download flash... Simple enough right? Well I got there to find that there are like 3 different type of installation files I can download and install. What is the right one? Also I tried to download all of them one just opened some sort of file manager the other 2 said that they were going to open with an application install program so I put in my root password and went through the install process and neither of them worked. Call me dumb but I went from a so called windows guru to not even knowing how to install a program on Linux.

2. :Streaming Audio:
Okay this one I find important because I love listening to internet radio especially shoutcast.com. I need a program that will accept streaming audio I LOVE winamp for windows have been a long time fan but I don't know if its available out there for linux. Secondly if it is a program you recommend I need my first question answered before this question will do any good at all lol.

Hiya, Linux on PS3 is good, but "unfortunatly" for the running of certain applications, it's based on PPC. Which means you can't use Adobe Flash for Linux. Because these applications are made for x86 & x86_64.

Too run flash on PS3, you'll have to use a flash application build for PPC.

As for your second question, can't answer that one, not into shoutcasts, but i do know that amarok supports radio streams.

good luck!
