As far as I know, in order to connect to Internet using your Nokia mobile, you will need to have installed Nokia PC suit in your PC. So did you have?
After installing it, it will give you a choice to Connect to Internet. Also, can you PC recognize your mobile? |

Try upgrading your Distro to fedora 18 .
You can try upgrading to a newer version of fedora as 11 is too old . Older distros may not have drivers configured for ASHA's usb modem .
IF have a modern distro , connect your Asha via usb cable . You will see that you are connected to home network , then click on network logo present on your taskbar . youll see mobile broadband option present over there . Turn mobile broadband on and then it will ask you about your country and which service provider you use . Set up all properly , and then you will be able to connect to internet . It is more simpler to connect to internet on linux using ASHA than that of WINDOWS . You even dont require PC SUITE . ;) |
Fedora is 7 versions out of date
it has NOT received any security updates since "2010-06-25" it has NO support for ANY newer devise the kernel has NO driver for anything newer that 2010 there is NO new software for it and you MUST use hardware older than 2010 please install the current fedora Fedora 18 |
Where shall I get Linux..?
