Coreutils into another Kernel


Hello

I'm on ubuntu 10.10 and i have already installed another kernel : linux-2.6.32.26

Now i have changed something in this file: coreutils-8.5/src/chroot.c

How can i compile and install it just for the second kernel : linux-2.6.32.26???

No.

If you want to play around with the modification of coreutils, you should just make some extra room on your hard drive and do a second install of Ubuntu that you can test things out on without compromising your primary system.
