Core dump is taken relation to OS ot oracle forms


I am having an issue with a core dump and extract is as below

My environment is

Oracle Linux - 6.3 (64)
Oracle forms version - 11g2
Java - 1.6.0_25 (64)

Is this caused by OS, HW or Oracle software?

Access Oracle documentation and search for "System Hang or Errors Seen in Event Viewer or /var/log/messages for FRMWEB When Forms Session Closed Using Browser [ID 413372.1]

Hi thanks for the info, we did a re-installation that seems to take care of the problem, since I saw no way forward. Even metalink was unable to provide me with any solution or direct me towards any solution
