Copying photo files to CD

I am running openSUSE 11.2 KDE 4.3.4 on my ThinkPad R51 laptop.

I would like to copy 'File A, File B, File C' (for example) that has photographs of a holiday , to a blank CD inserted into my drive and cannot find a way to 'copy and paste' into the volume.

Advice appreciated.

not really sure about copy-paste: in gnome, i know, nautilus can do that, perhaps kde's dolphin(or file manager you use in there) can do that as well? if not, you may want to look at k3b to write discs.

On Opensuse, k3b should open automatically whenever you insert a blank disk in the drive. Then you select the option to create a data CD and drag and drop your pictures, select options if any and click Burn.

Thanks for that. After you mentioned drag and drop the picture folders, it made sense .. and subsequently worked fine.

Regards :)
