Post copying a table from server database

Hello community,

I have two questions,

First goes here,I want to copy a table from server database in a csv file format at local system and to retrieve it back, on CentOS Linux.

Another question is I am working on a project that was developed on CentOS and now on Windows10. When loading on localhost, the index page shows only the href links and no css and js. And what more measures has to be taken to handle this OS shift flawlessly.
Being a newbie to this I coouldnot find a reason for these above two questions.

Help will be highly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, and...with a yummy question too
Is it MySQL? Export via phpMyAdmin, use the "export" and...select SQL...copy and paste so you can paste it in its destination...
SQL runs right away and IS in fact the better (for me, then) way to export/backup a table or (indeed) even a whole database, I do that a lot: all does in one SQL, I select the SQL in the main zone, paste, run and...have a cup of coffee
