Smile Copy when you condition meet !!

In one file i am having list of files from one directory, i want to copy it to some other directory .

Code:
$cat test.txt
mno.txt 2
pqr.gif  3
uvx.xml 7
abc.txt  1
I want to copy this files where the 2nd field is less then 5. So here i want only to copy mno.txt , pqr.gig, abc.txt to some other directory.Not the uvx.xml cause it's value is more then 5.

How can i do in awk using array.

Code:
#!/bin/sh
FILES=`cat test.txt | awk '{if ($2<5) print $1}'`
for FILE in $FILES
do
  cp /source_dir/$FILE /dest_dir2/
done
