Copy from a shell?

May sound like a dumb question, but, I can past to a shell, but how can I copy from a shell, and say, past it here? I don't have a 3 button mouse, I tried Ctrl V, I've tried Shift Insert. Anyone?

If you set it in the mouse options you can do a simultaneous right and left click to act as a middle click which is the paste command.
