Firefox will.

Load up the file, then under "Print...", select "Print to File" for the printer. It can print to .ps or .pdf.

thx reply , except use broswer , is there other method to do it ? thx

There is a Perl program html2ps which will do this (and is in some distros). However, a lot of development effort is put into browser rendering, so they may give you better results.
