what should i do?
usually yum install has worked smoothly to install oracle packages
also the content in the blog above is for fedora, since fedora is red hat based, i am using it

pay for oracle repository support. You have no business running it without a commercial agreement for updates from oracle. Alternatively you can just use the CentOS repositories instead.

Oh, I take that back a little, you can add the epel repository http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL/F..._repository.3F
