Convert Celius to fahreheit and vice versa


Can anyone tell me how to write a script perl CGI program that uses hashes and converts the temperatures of 4 cities into either Celcius or Fahrenheit and vice versa. Thanks from Bob

What have you tried so far ? This sort of sounds like homework to me. Have you even attempted it yet ?
