Control panel for PHP-Mysql

Is there a control panel for php-mysql that is loaded with Fedora and can this be accessed thru IE or Mozilla? I Know that you open a control panel for phpmyadmin on a WAMP server.

The 'php-mysql' package provides php with the ability connect to MySQL.
What are you trying to do?
If you want to administer MySQL using a web browser, then install 'phpmyadmin'.
# yum install phpmyadmin
